"Easy walking distance to Plymouth Train Station, and within walking distance of the waterfront area. Good towels/linens. Decent room size. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are NOT air conditioned and the windows barely open two inches. There is a ceiling fan and a small electric fan however. Wouldn’t want to be there during any kind of heat wave."

"Stayed here many times previously. Excellent stay again no issues. Little disappointed with the check in guy who stated I had been given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. This was not the case and it was a standard room. Why lie? I’m not a novice traveller. Quite frankly I could not be bothered to complain . Smoking area outside the bar was in a terrible state! So quiet never heard anything from other guests Lovely gardens and breakfast was first class Had a fabulous morning in the spa the day after the wedding and relaxing on the sunloungers in the walled garden Would highly recommend"
