"Bit difficult to establish where the parking is as not part of the hotel, otherwise enjoyed the short stay, mainly to see the Beryl Cook Exhibition nearby.
Breakfasts are really good, the bar meals are the same as the restaurant but we were unable to use it as it was always fully booked. We chose to use the bar & staff, particularly Josh, were pleasant, helpful & attentive.
Plymouth as a whole is looking very sad & needs a lot of attention!"

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We booked 3 rooms as 4 adults and two children. Rooms were spacious and had a lovely balcony. We booked to be in next door rooms which was lovely. One of our party was a coeliac and the menu and staff gave food options which went down very well. The pool at the Spa was lovely and we all enjoyed a good few hours there. "Reception team were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, but it was a pity that the windows were very dirty.
Due to the two groups staying at the hotel we decided to eat out both for dinner and breakfast.
Please do not be put off staying here it is a reasonable quality hotel that with a little care and attention could be excellent."

"We had booked two rooms at this hotel. The one we stayed in had a really overpowering sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which would be ‘covered up’ with a lot of air fresheners after house cleaning. I complained about it to staff and nothing was changed, with staff not mentioning it again. The other room was fine, and, besides the smell, both rooms were clean and very comfortable. "Great location
Great staff friendly & helpful
Breakfast great
The room let are stay down
For what we paid the room needs a revamp paint above tv looks awful damp coming through paint all lifting , ceiling light missing glass cover needs replacing, tv old remote not very responsive to use , bathroom bit tired plug for bath not attached handles on the bath are terrible all loose ,"
