"Inchecken ging moeizaam. We moesten borg betalen terwijl de kamer vooraf betaald was. De borg zou verrekend worden met het eten. Maar bleek niet mogelijk te zijn. Waardoor we dat direct moest betalen in de restaurant/bar. Kamer/badkamer was schoon en groot. Er was geen airconditioning wat jammer was gezien dat heel erg warm was. Er was een ventilator op de kamer die hopeloos was. Er was genoeg keuze voor ontbijt. Personnel was vriendelijk."

"We stayed one night in one of the Garden Suites. However we were disappointed to find the buildings and grounds dirty and not maintained very well. Trees required trimming and overgrown areas needed clearing as they were attracting a lot of flies and midgies. "We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. "Lovely place to stay - really in amongst nature. Felt everything was 5* and catered for family and pets - the swimming pool steam and sauna are a bit tired and could do with a facelift - but still very usable !"
