"Good hotel overall. Love the bathroom as it’s a proper shower however the rainfall head wasn’t quite working properly. Clean room. Attentive staff. Would look to upgrade the kettle/coffee set up as this lets it down 4/5 as good price for this quality! Would definitely stay again"

"The hotel is extremely dated and is far away from being a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small, hot & stuffy. The windows didn’t open fully (safety - fair enough) and the fan provided in the wardrobe was so full of dust it wouldn’t even switch on. Carpets throughout the hotel are old and tatty. The walls are littered with scuff marks and the floor tiles in our bathroom were all cracked. The hotel was completely understaffed so no wonder the ones that were there were cranky & frazzled. We...
