"Overall a decent hotel. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is very good and the rooftop restaurant is excellent. We did have a couple of maintenance issues in our family room with a blocked sink and then a broken toilet which meant we had to move rooms midway through our stay. The only thing I did not like was at first the hotel tried to get us to move from a family delux room to a twin room with two single beds. That is not acceptable for 2 adults and a child. This was resolved satisfactorily...

"Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of items. I found the room small & and not really huge amounts of room for two suitcases. On the plus side, it was the height of summer & there was air con and the room comes with a decent smart bathroom. The conditioner was cheap and useless - bring your own. Pool & sauna pleasant but they could do up the basement entrance to it. Overall though, in a very central location close to the harbour & lots of nice restaurants."

"This hotel is well located, a short walk from the Royal Palace and there is a tram stop very close by. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing a map and pointing out local attractions. You need to request if you would like your room cleaning. The breakfast was varied and plenty of choice replenished regularly. No air conditioning at this hotel which normally wouldn’t be a problem. We visited during a heat way but a fan was provided in the room. We had to shut our windows at night...
