"On arrival and throughout our visit staff were not at all welcoming or helpful. We had drinks at the bar one evening and they didn’t understand our order and when corrected the lady that served us was so rude to us and started to slam the glasses. Breakfast was terrible and cold. The fact the bar and cafe closes early not helpful to those arriving late. Sunday everything g is closed by 6 in a hotel that’s bad service. Wouldn’t recommend another stay here."
"Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Expo-Gelände. Alles sehr modern.
"If someone short on money then it’s OK, but bottom line is that this hotel is not too dirty , it’s outdated. Mainly works for one night stay bus travelers , but be ready when two buses group check in then you may wait for half an hour to get elevator for your floor.
Again I love the are of Karlin but got to this hotel incidentally, so don’t make the same mistake, it’s not worth the savings, there are plenty of choices in Prague."
