"It’s the first time I’ve not enjoyed the breakfast, which was disappointing. More concerning, however, was the service. Some staff came across as rude. while I understand not everyone may be comfortable speaking English, and probably it was a busy morning as well. But it’s not acceptable to speak about guests in another language, murmur behind them, or stare with visible frustration.
