"Very good and welcoming place"

"This hotel is not 4 star as claimed. I would rate it 3 star at best (despite what the PR written articles say). This conference venue is only partially renovated and a real rabbit warren to get around. The corridors are sparse and very much dated back to the 80’s. No lifts so be prepared to lift suitcases up flights of stairs. The grounds are not well kept e.g. weeds and the parking areas and entrances from those areas are in poor condition. "We booked this hotel for its location and loved how the rooms looked online, but the reality was even better! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious rooms and clean rooms & bathroom. The restaurant is a 10/10 for food and service, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! ❤️"

"Beautiful view of ocean, we stayed in room 805, we had view of park and ocean.great location."

"A disaster. 1. Construction going on in hotel, early noise. 2. Room not very clean. 3. Next door room, partying all night. 4. Had to move rooms at 1am, the hotel didn’t remove the party guests. The hotel is dated, obviously that’s why there is construction going on, but overall I can’t recommend this hotel."

"Always excellent!"

"Great apartment, clean and comfortable."

"Great location, walkable, clean, nice staff."

"Great location. Perfect size for family of 4 and parking available"

"Felt like we were watched when outside felt uncomfortable"

"3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Great views. Close to the bay. Apartment was nice and clean. Had everything we need in the kitchen for a 2 night stay. Had laundry facilities in the room."

"Cob webs and dusty back door hard to open . Over all comfortable"

"The room was not clean. Dirty tissues on the couch, crumbs on the couch, floor had dirt and hair on it. No mats for wet feet as you walk up the stairs. It was raining as we got there - no hand out map to find your way."

"We enjoyed our stay. We had a large room. The manager was very obliging and helpful. An added bonus was the indoor pool and spa which we used. The only downside was that it was close to a busy road and noisy when sleeping."
