"Maybe it’s an American expectation, but there was no help with luggage from outside the hotel. Once inside, the service was fine, though nothing particularly memorable.
The rooms were very standard. Comfortable enough, but nothing that made me feel I was staying somewhere special. The hotel does make an effort to provide entertainment for its guests, which I appreciated, although I didn’t take advantage of it.
Breakfast was fairly standard, but there clearly weren’t enough servers to handle...
"Parking is onsight but shared with the leisure center, which is very busy. The room was on the other side of the property which was not convenient at all. I was asked about adding the breakfast to my room, which I did not; however, I was not informed about use of any amenities. Front desk not helpful or friendly upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were nice."
"Nice hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. Staff was super friendly and helpful. But note, that if you have a car, Parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Otherwise you will have to park in the garage around the corner."
"There was a wedding the second night we stayed so it was really loud and the hotel management didn't seem to care about th disturbance. The hotel itself and the restaurant was lovely, we just happened to stay at the wrong time. I'd stay there again and hope for the best."
"Hotel is very conveniently located within the city of Cork. Clean, comfortable beds with great free parking and friendly staff. Hotel does not offer breakfast but I didn't want or need it. This is my favorite place to stay in Cork"
