"Awful experience. Arrived late on a booking that was made for us. There were multiple rooms that were supposed to have twin beds and all had just a double bed. Thus work colleagues who did not know each other were placed in rooms with one bed. Management was not friendly and made most of the members of our party feel uncomfortable. It got to the point where 4 members of the party went next door to book 2 rooms with two beds. Would not recommend this hotel. Seemed to be great in advance...

"The check in staff was lovely. Our flight landed prior to the checkin time and staff worked hard to prioritise getting our room ready early for us which was much appreciated after a long overnight flight. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us organise transport to the airport the following day, which was very helpful. We had a coffee in a nice little outside garden space in the sun while we waited. Prices for food and drink were expensive, but I guess that's the norm for a London...
