"Nice place, let down by housekeeping in the Manor House, trays with leftovers on the stair case from check in to the following morning, glasses left on staircase and tables. Coffee machine would not work as needed a deep clean. Food was perfect and staff excellent in the bar area. "

"The hotel is just beautiful. Very grand but not pretentious. The room we had was big and very comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room, complementary still & sparkling water. Iron & ironing board in the room. Beautiful large bathroom and shower. Staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. Could not recommend enough. East walking distance to the town centre. Great breakfast selection. Everything you could wish...

Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good.
