"Beautiful property, access to water, pool and beach. Buffet was great. Front desk was great! Brazilian guy doing the omelettes was great. The à la carte was somewhat difficult to book. A lot of the staff only spoke Spanish and did not try to communicate in English or Dutch. House keeping was spotty. Clean towels were not provided to room. It would have nice to be able to use a pool until 11.00 PM. Staff tries really hard, got to work on a few things, we will be back! More use of English music...

"Room, beach, pools and the immaculate grounds made our visit perfect. Staff was very friendly and professional. Loved being able to snorkel and dive on the Marriot reef."

"TERRIBLE. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE IS ALL I CAN SAY AND THATS BEING NICE. 1. AC did not work, all of my family was given a fan for our rooms as if this was normal 2. You pay extra for PREFERRED - NOTHING is preferred, you make your own drink in a separate room with chicken nuggets available. That is preferred. See view of my ocean view room 3. Cleaning service sucks, my toilet was never cleaned 4. Our rags were removed and not returned and when I went to the front desk at 10pm, was told room...

For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations...

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. We were celebrating a birthday, and the special attentions they gave us that day made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was also incredible. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it."

"Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Reef. We booked a 2 bedroom penthouse with breathless ocean views that kept us in awe every day. We did breakfast in every day and a few nights in for dinner with gorgeous views from the balcony. Our apartment was clean, very spacious, had extremely comfortable beds, a huge balcony with two large sofas and everything you could think of, including washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and an abundance of towels, however do bring your own washcloth, as...

"- The workers say to just text them on what apps for assistance. They messages me back once and didn’t reply again for the rest of my stay .. -THERE ARE BED BEGS !!! my arms, legs & neck was bit up and a doctor confirmed that it was bed bug bites"
