"the 100$/night upgrade to the 7th gold floor is worth it if you are more then 1 person per room. it gives you access to the lounge area where they serve snacks/food/drinks available pretty much all day. one thing that should mentioned when staying here is they only have valet parking $45/day otherwise you have to find parking on the streets (free). the location is great, service was great. we had a small issue with our room that was an a joining room where we could hear our neighbours. we asked...

"This property had a great location. However there were issues with the property. Both toilets ran constantly, so we turned them off at the base. The refrigerator went out early on during our stay and we lost a ton of groceries. We called for 3 days to get help. We were given a mini fridge, then eventually another mini fridge which doesn't accommodate a family of 4 very well at all. There were electrical issues throughout the place. We are electrical contractors so I can say this with confidence....

The sink tap in the main bathroom splashed a little bit. The second “king” bed in the lower level was just two twin mattresses pushed together. "

"Very nice 2 bedroom condo with all the ameneties. Only negative comment is the error on the map location on Hotels.com that misleads to think that we are close to the hillside village when we are 6 km from it!!!! reception at Tremblant Sunstar told me that this has happened at multiple occasions and that Hotels.com is aware of it but still is still not fixed!!! too bad as i was looking for location near the village!!! please fix this!!!"
