"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

Personnel à l'accueil qui a une veste non entretenue pleine de pelicules et qui devant nous au check out participe à une visio conférence pour un recrutement sans nous prevenir et nous expliquer l'origine du brouhaha. Great service for the children, you can register for them to be brought to their ski lesson in the morning, giving yourself some freedom with your ski plan. Shops within walking destination!"

"We made a last minute bookng here and the owner stayed up until 1am fpr us to arrive whuch was much appreciated. They also stored to luggage for us after we left which was very accommodating. Lovely hotel and wish we could have stayed longer to use the spa which looled great!"

"The staff were extremely helpful and the place had a nice relaxed atmosphere to it- the breakfast was good and the items were kept topped up to choose from. The hotel was in a good location for skiing so all in all it was perfect for us "
