"Negatives-Terrible noise pollution from nearby pubs & clubs until 5am. Our rooms 333 & 334 suffered damp bedding due to faulty air conditioning throughout our stay this also caused a musty smell and black mold was present around the unit and our room especially the bathroom-We quickly became ill.
Some reception staff are quite rude and dismissive and don’t want to help resolve the issues, denying or using excuses for any issues we faced instead of trying to rectify them. The exception being...
"We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water.

The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box.

"We had a great stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
The only small negative was that the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.

"This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be.
The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar.

"This was an excellent complex. We had a 3 bedroomed, spacious, clean apartment. The air conditioning was very much welcomed.
The pool and bar area was nice and the pool always had a life guard on duty.
The apartment was close to Siam Park and we could walk down the hill to the entrance within 15 minutes. The main resort was also a short walk. We really enjoyed this holiday. Thank you."
