"good hotel, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. But NO air conditioning - which during a heatwave was miserable. Rooms were also not the cleanliest. Cloud have been better!"

"I booked a comfort room, which are smaller rooms for solo travelers. Could easily accommodate two people for a short stay though. Perfect location. Great breakfast buffet. Lovely staff, eager to help, great customer service and hospitality. Khadija and her colleague were particularly friendly and hospitable. The only thing that wasn’t great was the noise coming from the street- which the hotel staff can’t do anything about obviously. "
