"The staff was amazing and helpful, however for a 5-star hotel, there was some issues I didn't expect with cleanliness such as dust, the carpet having multiple loose threads hanging out of it, a window missing a screen, and shower that did not function properly. The location is wonderful as was the afternoon tea and Thomas our hotel tour guide was wonderful."

"We had a King Bedroom suite with an inside balcony which was amazing! Beautiful property well maintained and the pool and inside garden made you forget you’re in the city! Well situated to lots of great cafes and restaurants ( tho most are “ touristy”) Easy walk to Port of Quebec. Staff was amazing. Zachary our bellhop was super helpful. Good check-in. Easy checkout. Housekeeping was excellent and in room coffee maker a huge bonus. Check out the Beeftoi Restaurant right in the hotel. Well...
