"I recommend hotels.com and all travellers to block this hotel Unprofessional and unhelpful staffs, long time uncleaned room Dirty and bad smelling bed sheets, dirty tissue box and mirror Staffs were not willing to solve problems and kept saying to tell me to give them time and wasted me more than one hour on the phone calls. "Breakfast not offered in hotel but in restaurant 2 floors below the Lobby. Quality of food on offer 3 stars or below. We paid over $330 per night for a small room, old furniture, old carpets and mattresses on beds almost as hard as lying on bricks. This hotel in NO WAY deserves a 9.4 rating. We were very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The only exceptional feature of this hotel was the staff. My advice is AVOID this hotel. "
