"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one."

"It was a one night stay at this hotel and I don't think there will be any others. The hotel itself is fine, not bad at all, food is fine too. But around 9 pm on that night the water at the entire hotel had broken and we stayed without water in the bathrooms for the whole night and the following morning. They said that it is broken on the entire area and it will be back very soon, we checked out and still there is no water, I asked for some sort of compensation on my way out but i was refused. I...
