"Everything was great about the resort i wasn’t happy about was going to the restaurant at the hotel and being ignored by two of your servers a female and a male ."

"First room had a massive cockroach in it( was told this was a common occurrence but didn’t see another one the whole trip) to their credit they switched us to a nicer room. If you plan on leaving this hotel a lot do not stay in any tower but the lagoon tower! The other 2 towers are about a 15 minute walk from the parking lot. There is a tram but it goes slower than walking pace so is honestly not worth taking.. everything at the resort is really expensive which can be expected in Hawaii but is...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger in Kona. We stayed in an Ocean View Room for four nights. The lanai was large with a table. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the pool with the Ocean View and the slide. The store/coffee shop onsite was helpful. We ate at the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The food was a little on the expensive side but was delicious. We would definitely stay here again."
