"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."
"We had a great stay at this hotel which is on the south side of the river about a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre. There is a tram station very close-by.
The rooms were well furnished and a reasonable size. The bathroom had a bath/shower. We booked a river-view room and felt that this was well worth the extra cost.
The breakfast was fabulous and one of the best that we have had in any hotel. There is a fantastic range of items, the restaurant is spacious and items are kept topped up.

"Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable...
"The hotel is just absolutely beautiful. The room was clean but the tea kettle that was in there was not. It hasn't been used in some time so it had dust and dead bugs inside it. Just went and got dishwashing liquid and washed it. The staff there is very friendly and kind. would highly recommend this for a vacation. The breakfast they served was also amazing."
"Everything we needed for a long weekend stay! Fabulous rooms especially for the price and staff sooo helpful and friendly and could speak brilliant English. Breakfast was amazing, filled you up for the day. Would definitely recommend and only 15-20 mins walk from main part of Krakow City, and trams right outside if you didn’t want to walk. Thanks for a great stay Bridge Suites 👍👍"
"The hotel is wonderful while having a quiet luxury ambiance. We really enjoyed the amenities and the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even provide a bathrobe and comfy slippers for comfort. It's located next to Wieliczka and there is a train station nearby."
"Excellent place to stay everything about this place is great the breakfast was excellent free parking beautiful place to get married. Just loved the stay"
"Struttura nuova per arredo e finiture, probabilmente frutto di un recente restyling.
Poco curata invece la pulizia giornaliere delle camere, in 5 notti almeno due giorni non hanno riposizionato in camera asciugamani puliti, bagnoschiuma o kit di cortesia utilizzati.
Il buffet della colazione scarso nella scelta dolce, ricco invece per quella salata, tutto reintegrato con cura costante dal personale."
"Great location with tons of eateries and unique places nearby. Only 10 minute walk from Zabłocie train station
Great views out over the city from the rooftop deck in the evenings (and daytime for that matter).
Apartment was easily accessible and Damian communicated clearly and promptly. Perfect place for exploring Krakow and the washer & kitchen were very useful for our small family."
