"This hotel is okay, but it’s far from being a “resort” as they claim. It could be rated as a 3-star hotel, but there are many things that don’t match the “resort” category. We missed fresh fruits like pineapple, mango, watermelon, and papaya. From a safety perspective, the entrance to the room’s building doesn’t have a reception. It’s just an elevator that you can freely access without a password or card access. The room is spacious, but the toilet has a giant transparent door that gives absolutely no privacy. I can’t imagine how young couples would feel here. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows and towels are of good quality.
