Eigentlich ein toller Aufenthalt aber vom Spa waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Zu einem war es extrem kalt. Das Wasser ebenso. Die Düsen haben nicht funktioniert… Das Whirlpool war ebenfalls kalt und hat beim einschalten geschäumt. Die Musik war auch viel zu laut…da wir einen Regentag hat wäre das eigentlich unsere Backup gewesen aber so war es nicht nützlich.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar, aber alles da was man für ein Frühstück braucht. Zimmer sind sauber. Der Hoteleigene Strand ist nicht zum Baden geeignet. Verwachsenes Ufer und ein Kiesstreifen mit Liegen, ist nicht sehr einladend. Es gibt aber in nächster Umgebung Strände.

A parte il check-in che provando ad arrivare prima mi è stato detto che fino alle 15.00 non avrei avuto la stanza ed era anche giusto ma pensavo ad un occhio di riguardo magari a prepararmi la stanza prima visto che ero sul posto già dalle 10.00 del mattino e quando mi sono recato alla reception alle 15.00 mi hanno detto che avevano avuto proplemi con gli ospiti prima di me e che avrei dovuto aspettare altri 30 minuti ma dopo aver detto che era un problema loro e non mio la stanza è comparsa pronta all’improvviso…. Ma per il resto tutto ok a parte il parcheggio che in un primo momento pensavo fosse gratuito visto che era all’aperto davanti all’hotel ma mi è stato chiesto 20,00 euro in più… hotel di nuova ristrutturazione e molto bello… prezzo ormai in Croazia andati alle stelle… una volta si pagava tranquillamente 80/100 euro a notte ora ce ne vogliono più del doppio con gli stessi servizi…. Purtroppo il gran turismo crea tutto ciò come i ristoranti di pari passo…

Alles in allem eine positive Erfahrung. Das Hotel scheint wirklich nagelneu zu sein, die Ausstattung der Zimmer und so weiter ist äußerst hochwertig. Auch die Klimaanlage lässt keine Wünsche übrig, nichts klappert oder macht Geräusche. Einziger Kritikpunkt, das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben. Es wird zwar Werbung damit gemacht, dass man sich Omelette und Eier frisch zubereiten lassen kann, das durchzusetzen war eine Herausforderung. Der Manager hat sich anfangs geweigert, nach etwas diskutieren hat es aber geklappt.

Ottima struttura ma il ristorante da rivedere la cucina… bella camera ma il condizionatore canalizzato praticamente è totalmente addosso a chi dorme e tocca spengerlo quindi dormi al caldo e d’estate non è il massimo

Das gesamte Hotel war sehr modern eingerichtet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben zudem ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmers bekommen und ein wirklich top modernes sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick bekommen. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr schön, es gibt ein Salzwasser Schwimmbecken und diverse Saunen. Ansonsten ist das Hotelpersonal durchweg sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Es war zwar abwechslungsreich, aber es gab wenig herzhafte Dinge, sondern eher süßes und viel Kuchen etc. Sowas ist aber Geschmacksache. Das Restaurant haben wir leider nicht getestet, da die Preise ziemlich hoch waren und man in Medulin und Umgebung wirklich sehr gute und preiswerte Alternativen findet.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, besonders die Kopfkissen. Beim Frühstück war die Wurst-und Käseauswahl nicht besonders groß ansonsten aber recht gut. Der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna war sehr gut. Leider zu wenig deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

L'hotel ha appena riaperto dopo anni di chiusura, quindi tutto mi è sembrato nuovissimo. Personale super disponibile ad accogliere tutte le richieste, camere spaziose e anche queste nuovissime. La spa è il fiore all'occhiello della struttura, piscina interna, idromassaggio e tre tipi diversi di sauna. Consigliatissimo!
