The food was delicious and the entertainment was fun and inclusive. The pool and all the amenities were all well staffed and clean and pleasant. My wife and I would definitely recommend a stay here. Easy to reach the village which had wonderful restaurants and shops. The beaches were excellent and I recommend this stay to anyone. 10/10 for me"

"My gf and I went and it was great, the main pool was practically free most of the time due to the personal pools most rooms had. The room pool it’s self was lovely and a nice size, although if you get too close to the edge you can see/are visible to other rooms as the walls either side ends. Each morning you get a lovely breakfast basket of bread/pastries and then select your main dish from the menu. Really enjoyed!"

"Seriously, what can I say? Fabulous hotel with a beautiful location and amazing staff. we stayed for 10 nights in a sea view room, gorgeous view and great to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening , we had amazing breakfast every morning with wonderful, helpful staff, after 2 days they knew our coffee order without asking. All of the staff were lovely and so helpful. The reception staff , Angelika, Cassandra and Georgia were second to none. very informative and we were always greeted with a smile. There needs to be a special mention to Georgia. We discussed our day with her every evening, she gave us great recommendations for restaurants. We have left making a new friend in Kefalonia. She made everyone feel noticed. Thank you Grand Hotel , we will be back for sure ."
