"What an absolutely charming little hotel in the perfect location - just slightly away from the crowds. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was just perfectly charming and, to our Canadian eyes, so representative of Alsace. If you come by car, do reserve a parking space with the hotel - there are just a few. The parking garage is quite snug and requires a bit of jenga. The smaller your car, the better. Car charging ports aee available."

Walkable to old town, about 15-20 minutes, 30-minutes to main train station. Enjoyed having a Nespresso machine in the room, but only provided free coffee pods and milk for one night. Purchasable otherwise with front-desk. Thankfully we bought pods, milk and sweetener at nearby Leclerc grocer. Loved also walking the nearby canal area every evening;...

"Really nice hotel but let down by terrible wifi in the room which we found extremely frustrating! We are on a road trip and getting annoyed with hotel’s advertising air conditioning and then you can’t use it. Fridge not turned on so why have one? Overall a disappointing stay. "

"Very limited breakfast with no vegetables or beans. Just some eggs and cereals (bacon for who is interested), juice and pancakes with 2 other cakes. Not a chance to get a healthy start of the day. Rooms extremely small, eith an unnecessary huge wardrobe which takes up half of the space Clean hotel and close to shopes"

"Cour d'Alsace is a beautiful historic Alsacion hotel. It has more modern wings added to the original building and they are very nicely done. The styling, decor etc is first class and our room was quite large, beautifully appointed with one of the biggest and best bathrooms we have ever experienced in Europe.
