"Beds were extremely firm - like sleeping on the floor. It doesn’t matter if the rooms are larger if the beds are not comfortable. In addition, the beds were pushed so close to the wall that you have to climb over another bed to get into your bed (room with three beds). I don’t recommend this hotel for that reason. I also felt that this hotel was overpriced. "

"If you want to check in early, you need to tell the front desk reception that you are willing to pay otherwise they will tell you that there is no room available. I landed early so I needed to check in at 8am to rest before I head out due to a non restful flight. JPY10,000 was the "early" fee."

"Just stay overnight to catch the continuing flight first thing the next morning. The location definitely is a main factor of choosing this hotel. There is a convenient store right besides the entrance and also quite a few restaurant closed by."
