"The convenience of being inside Terminal 3 is worth the price. They have self-check in machines and you can order amenities to the room that get delivered by a robot."

"住宿勝在鄰近池袋鐵路站，附近有大型百貨公司及商場，食肆亦多選擇。 酒店住宿方面：房間設施比較落後，不是插房咭就亮燈那種；浴室換氣系統失靈，浴後牆壁天花都是濕的。 但職員都非常好，讚！"

"Great room, location, and service. Highly recommend."

"Excellent location. While I could hear the train, it didn’t affect my sleep. Nice breakfast options and very helpful staff. Great room and this time I also got a lounge access which was appreciated due to free pool access."

"Very nice hotel in a convenient location close to a subway station. Some restaurants nearby and a short walk to a nice park."

"The hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk to the train station. Breakfast was great, I just wished they would switch up the food options more often."

"Clean room"

"Great location. Very quiet but close to a train station and walking distance to many of the sites. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The hotel staff were lovely."

"This hotel is conveniently located close to the Shinjuku train station. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They had convenient laundry rooms and a water station by the elevator. I would definitely stay there again!!"
