Room was super hot and £10 fans aren’t going to help. Ask for an air con room at check in. My sister was gifted the joy of sleep. It’s wasn’t a terrible stay by any means. "good parking. a sign showing how to.get.into the hotel area would.be very helpful (ie at the traffic lights and roundabout) as took us a while and we used to live here! quilt lumpy but warm enough. loved the shower!"

"Nice upgraded room but needs a bigger bed. Staff at breakfast were very slow and often nowhere to be seen. Poached eggs took 15 mins and were hard on arrival. Nice hotel, good location, plenty parking. Just needs more attention by breakfast staff!"

"Hotel was absolutely lovely, however the service in the restaurant was very slow and staff were just hanging about chatting and ignored us for quite a while to bring menus, take the order, clean plates etc. They automatically add on the service to the bill. We had 2 cookies and 2 soft drinks on arrival £17! An excessive mark up!"

"Clean modern hotel in a convenient location for road connections and Oxford. The only downside - a £15 charge to park per car. For a city centre hotel this is fairly common, but for a hotel outside of a city and in a location where car transport is realistically the only option, I think such a charge is unjustified and a rip off."
