"Cozy room, facilities. Could do with some privacy to windows not having any net curtains. Meant having to keep curtains closed and lights on when getting dressed so not to be exposed to people using the car park. "

The toilet didn’t flush well and there was no space in the room to store belongings except for a very very narrow closet. If two people stayed in this room I can’t even imagine where they would put their things without tripping over everything. "

"We had a small double including a lovely breakfast which was very good value. Lovely pool. Easy free parking. Convenient for dropping son at university and visiting relatives.The hotel was old and had character, but was well maintained. Would be more eco-friendly to only change towels if left on the floor and to provide soap dispensers rather than little individual plastic bottles. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast may have been the best hotel breakfast I've ever had - mostly due to the crispy bacon! Room was lovely and peaceful. Pool area nice, busy with lots of children at time but they do have restricted times when children are allowed in. Very minor negatives - heated towel rail in bathroom didnt work and would have been nice to get swimwear dry and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom but was easilt sorted. "

"Booked a suite for 3 for one night. Shame that we couldn’t stay longer as the room was great and we didn’t have time to enjoy any of the pool/spa facilities. The suite booked had a separate area for the sofa bed, so added privacy. The metal four poster bed was a nice touch. We had dinner, burger and sea bass, which were both very nice. The staff were stretched but absolutely top notch. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style and great, and again, all of the staff were friendly and...
