"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. "It is in a great location very close to Birmingham New Stree station with a plethora of shops in the heart of Birmingham.I did not eat supper at the hotel but from what I saw their menu seemed limited. However you are spolit for choice of places to eat within a short walking distance from the hotel. "

"This time was upgraded to an executive room which was basically the same but a lovely bed, shame the pillows were so hard. Staff were exceptional and really friendly, catering does leave a lot to be desired, no butter for Breakfast only margarine, and the evening menu is limited and expensive, but overall a much better experience."
