"Booked two executive rooms through Expedia, but upon arrival, was given standard rooms instead. When I raised the issue, the front desk staff called the manager, who was completely unhelpful and unprofessional, trying to claim my room was on an executive floor despite not being an executive room. She offered to cancel the booking at 7:00 PM, leaving me with no options, and refused to refund the difference after I eventually had to downgrade to a standard room. And also rooms weren’t clean."
