"I have never stayed in a hotel that offers a free beverage in exchange for saving the planet by minimising laundry. It’s an amazing concept which I would have opted for regardless, so very nice touch. It made me feel like you appreciate my business. Hotel is at the Center of activity. Few minutes walk to shops, bus station, museums, nightlife and restaurants. Very impressed by the entire experience. Thank you"

The wardrobe was serviceable, and the room provided two luggage racks, which were helpful in organizing my belongings. The hotel could use improvement in service, though. "Requested earlier check in and staff were able to accommodate and good service. No air conditioning in the room as broken, but there was a little electric heater that did the job. Bathroom very clean, Loved the bath tub and very powerful shower. The room was generally clean, but could really do with a deep clean to remove dust. Had to clean along headboard myself as very dusty. Overall was lovely & would stay again. "

"Nice friendly staff. However both elevators were broken when we arrived. One had been out of order for 2 weeks. The other went out of order the day we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours for a technician to sort it. Having ordered an accessible bedroom, which was in the 3rd floor, this is completely unacceptable. Nice hotel though and helpful staff"
