Room service was great at delivering ice but they are very busy. Front desk staff were friendly. Staff in hallways could be more friendly and upbeat by simply saying hello, have a good day or any acknowledgment as you passed them. Spa was fine but jets were not working when we were there. "Place looks amazing from the outside and you don't get dissapointed when u step in. Only two or three things that need improving 1. The toilet doesn't have enough flushing power, sometimes you will need to flush twice 2. The shower enclosure could be bigger. 3. The door to the room rattles at times. Most likely due to another room to be opened. Apart from the above, the service given by the owners were great and I will recommend coming to this place as its also very close to the town."

"Truly excellent place to stay. Staff were all lovely and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was as good as you could possibly imagine. The setting, the buildings and the property were all as good as anyone could expect. We had a minor issue with our room that we was quickly resolved and a manager followed up with us to discuss it and ensure that everything was satisfactory. Couldn't have been handled more expertly. 11 out of 10!"
