"Hotel is in a great location in Erfurt. 10 steps from the kramerbruke bridge and central Erfurt. So if you’re planning on just walking from your hotel this is a great choice.
Room: it was fine. Carpet, which isn’t always my favorite for a hotel, but appeared clean. Room layout was ok, but the bathroom space was very awkward. No counter space at all. Shower was horrible, had to stand over the drain to be in the right spot for the water. But if you’re a tub person it’s good. Also not enough...

Als wir ankamen, war eine Dame vor Ort die leider nicht sehr geschult auf mich gewirkt hat. Sie hat sehr leise gesprochen und man hat sie kaum verstanden. Dies war gar nicht das Problem. Es fing an mit der Frage „ob wir mit einem Auto da wären“ dies wurde mit ja beantwortet, dann Funkstille.. nachdem ich nachfragte, wieso man das wissen möchte, meinte die Dame, da es Geld kostet zu parken und...
"Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Herzen Erfurts in Bahnhofsnähe. Die Suiten-Zimmer im Haus Thomas waren echt modern und super geräumig. Leider fanden sich auf unserem Bett einige schwarze Haare, sodass wir diese vor der Benutzung erstmal noch entfernen mussten. Beim Check-in war der Angestellte super freundlich, beim Check-out war es sein Kollege überhaupt nicht. Kein Danke, kein Wunsch der guten Heimreise, kein Bitte, kein Tschüss.

"Convenient location. The room itself was clean/good and nice design. But because the construction, it was way too noisy in the morning, closeing windows were not helpful at all, you can still hear everything on the street, like college kids fight in the night, the construction, morning street cleaning….And if you are driving, be aware of the limited parking nearby….we got a parking ticket…."
"Das ganze ist eher eine Unterkunft, als wie ein Hotel. Hätte das niemals gebucht, wenn ich im Vorfeld gewusst hätte, daß diese Unterkunft eher 2 als wie 4 Sterne verdient hat. Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben.
