Negative: - Although you pay an extra energy fee, warm water for a shower was not available before 06:30. - Checkout at the evening before leaving took me 20 minutes. That was the time the receptionist needed to print the bill correctly. - Although there is a 24 h service, when leaving early morning, I had to run and search the receptionist to unlock the main entrance. "Hotel provided a pass for the tram into the downtown for our entire stay. This was great and made getting around very convenient. It was, I think, one stop to the train station and another stop to the downtown. Rooms clean, comfortable and larger than tropical European hotel rooms. Breakfast was good."
