"Everything about the hotel was amazing. The service from the hotel is great. The only bad stuff i could say is that the bed gave me some serious lower back pain as it was very stiff but i think thats how the futtons are. Also the information given in the room was saying that we could get a 6pm checkout but the staff didn’t seem to know about this policy. I eventually couldn’t get it which was a problem but we managed to kill sometime on the mall. The staff is amazing there are no complaints...

"Most of them are extremely good. But the I disappointed that the breakfast was almost empty when I get there at just past 8:00am even the breakfast time ends at 9:30."

"Excellent hotel. Very clean, smells wonderful, and is in a wonderful location. You have the Don Quixote across the street and the food market, and there is so much near the area. The room was beautiful, spacious. Nice bathroom, and the price was good, especially seeing as I was able to get it almost at the last minute. I definitely would stay here again! You won’t regret it."

"This place is usable. Bed is comfy although only 2 small pillows on a double bed, but room size is large for an Asian hotel, which is nice. Biggest criticism is this hotel is fairly busy and 10 floors and has the 2 slowest elevators I’ve ever been on. And don’t bother trying the stairs because all the doors are dead bolted closed, so hopefully the rooftop pool has enough water to put out any fires or you’re going to be having a rough time."
