"We stayed at the resort for 5 nights. The room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the resort was understaffed. We ordered room service and because they didn't have enough staff scheduled we had to walk about 8 minutes each way through the Casino to pick it up ourselves. The spa was understaffed and had no staff to perform spa services for the entire week. They required us to show our driver's licenses every time we picked up our car or purchase anything to...

"The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid."

"The woman who checked me in, fabulous. The room was beautiful though looked out toward a parking garage. The blinds were closed but the ambiance was perfect and it didn’t matter, the decore is what’s to look at. ,The lobby bartender was lovely, the doorman and staff overall perfect 10. I didn’t make it to the gym this trip but already rebooked for another great experience. "
