"Location, cleanliness, and front desk staff were great."

"Rooms were very small"

"Located in Brisbane CBD. Parking was a challenge."

"The room was fine. Self check-in so no interaction with staff. Another guest must have been smoking outside the room because we could smell cigarette smoke in our room through the night and early hours. Maybe remind guests to smoke away from the building but without on site staff that’s hard to enforce."

"The staff at reception were so helpful and friendly the hotel was definately up to par and I was so impressed also easy to get to casino and rooftop without leaving the place so convenient"

"The room was clean and tidy, location handy and staff members were courteous, kind and very helpful."

"Great location comfortable rooms and friendly staff - Saturday nights are a little noisy but the remainder of our stay was wonderful. Very convenient location"

"Very good service and easy check in & parking"
