"So many people complaining about refunds which this hotel were not processing. I changed me dates 10 days in advance for my second stay with them. Expedia app confirmed ok but never went through and hotel refused to refund despite the lady on reception helping me change it.
Scamming hotel. Was not just me. The staff are rude and unhelpful."

"Great hotel, superb location in the middle of the action! The breakfast is amazing! They dont offer mineral bottles or coffee in the room, but there is a 7 eleven store at the ground floor to get your own."

"I arrived at the hotel at 5am and approached the large red doors to the property. The large windows in the lobby were esthetically pleasing when checking in at the digital counter. The checking was easy using name and confirmation number. Another family was present and struggled to check in and watched my process to aid them as well. Towards the end of my check in process the computer failed to provide my keys but with a quick ring of the bell, a staff member appeared and provided assistance....

"This is an incredible hotel. The location is just a 5 minute walk from Iidabashi train station. There are several convenience stores nearby as well as a drugstore. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Two types of pillows are provided, med and firm (beads). Bathroom includes single-use toothbrush/toothpaste packs, hairbrush, razor, bath towel, shower cap, hair band and makeup cotton pads. In our room, the toilet with a small sink was separate from the main...

"The tatami room was horrible and it’s doesn’t look like the picture. The tatami was black in color and ugly. Also I was charged tax for 4 Japanese citizen and one American for the room and I was charged for the Onsen when I booked the room through Expedia with Onsen. We are never staying here again. Also when eating at the breakfast buffet they don’t stock food when it’s gone and around 940 they took all the drinks away i could not have a coffee after breakfast It seems they wanna kick everyone...

"Location was great. There are many reasonably great restaurants in the neighborhood. I loved the public bath very much. If we will be back to Tokyo, we'd like to stay there again.
Only one thing, I saw parson who has tattoo on full body int he public bathroom. The kind of person should not be allowed to be in the public bathroom. It was really uncomfortable situation for the others."

"What I loved about this place: very clean, v tastefully decorated, modern, massive buffet selection, rooms were great size.
What I didn't like: while the buffet had a lot to offer there was but much fresh fruit and the eggs were a but average. Some of the staff were not that chatty and looked annoyed when I tried to speak Japanese. There was one lady from Belarus who was ok. The evening best guy never smiled."
