"First off, this is a GREAT location, just a few steps away from Diocletian's Palace and the heart of the old city. We were on a tight budget for hotels on this vacation, but you would think that we were accustomed to five-star, swank hotels by the ambiance here. There are no cars allowed into the old city, but the hotel had a parking place in an enclosed garage about a ten-minute walk away. Someone from the hotel met us there and brought us to it. (I don't know if they have other parking places...

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux , et servi par un personnel très courtois. Lors de notre arrivée, le responsable à l’accueil nous a aidés en répondant à plusieurs de nos questions. Recommandons fortement !"

"This property is located within the walls of Old Town Split. I was unaware that a taxi could not drop me off at the door. I recently had surgery, and needed help with my luggage. The staff made all the arrangements, and provided someone to walk with me to meet my transportation. The staff went way beyond what they had to do to help me!"

"It’s in an abandoned shopping mall. That is exactly how it is ran. We got to the hotel at 3:00 pm during operating hours. The staff was not there to check us in. After waiting 2 hours they did not show up or answer phone calls so we left and applied for a refund."
