"Overall, you get a clean room for a pretty low price. No fancy stuff, no facilities, no amenities, you get what you pay for.
The only major downside to be aware of is the bar next door. They are allowed to play loud music till 11pm. Be prepared if you are noise sensitive."

"We stayed at Qstay Gratus and the experience was simply perfect! The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed – a full kitchen, washing machine, kitchen utensils and even little treats waiting for us upon arrival.
The location is excellent – close to everything but quiet and cozy. The staff was kind, available for any questions and gave a real sense of caring and wholehearted service. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient.

"Central location. Nice clean modern room with comfy bed. All attractions of the city easily accessible by walk or inexpensive taxi Bolt (download app and travel easy). I like this area as I as an expat live in Tbilisi for some years now. Lived with friends. Hotel is in a park with roses and palms, a mini car meets you and brings to reception (call them and you have a car in 1 minute there to take you and luggage), you can also walk 100 meters if no big luggage. Safe at nights. Breakfast was nice...
