Food was very good and the free bus to town a nice touch, although late both times (must be Greek time) we booked this. Also hired a couple of quads from Aegean near Reception. I'm not sure where the upgrades were but they weren't in my room which was in need of a refresh and even though there was aircon was very warm. Also DO NOT take up their offer of an airport transfer. "Spent three days on Skopelos Island traveling alone. I stayed in Glossa at the Aegean Wave Hotel and loved everything about it. I enjoy the exceptional service provided by the owners of the hotel. My room and the restaurant had breathtaking views of the sea, glossa village, and other islands. It’s not directly in Glossa, but you’ll need a car or motorbike to get around the island anyway.
