There are some nice dining options in an attached building and the breakfast has every food item known to humans. Rooms and decor could use an upgrade, but the price is usually reasonable. "

"We on the 13th floor with a view of the Shibuya Scramble. Our room had visible wear and tear, including stains on a chair and the carpet. In the evenings you could hear frequent whistles from the traffic crossing guards. So it was noisy. If you stay in one of these rooms, definitely choose a much higher floor if you face the Scramble. The staff was great and we were very close to Shibuya Station."

"We had an 18 hour layover on our way back to the States. Rather than sleeping in the airport, we decided to spend the night at a hotel and kill time in the city during the day while we wait for our evening flight. We arrived past midnight and check in was easy. Front desk staff was helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 2 of Haneda Airport which can be accessed via the free airport shuttle that operates til 1:15 a.m. Our flight arrived in Terminal 3 and we missed the last shuttle...
