"We stayed a 5 star hotel prior- and can honestly say the service at Cititel far exceeded the 5 star hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Great location for food. Only negative is the pool is not enticing- it's too hot there with the enclosed windows."

"Excellent stay, still convenient although no longer directly linked to the mall. You need to cross a slightly busy junction to get to first avenue mall. Near all the yummy food location, easily walkable - all within 5-10 minutes walk. Live band at the bar every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Will stay again next time"

"Sazzu was very patient and professional while attending to our needs. Highly recommended this hotel. Amenities are new and latest, with friendly staff. Love their pillows menu too! If I have to nitpick, their breakfast buffet options are very limited. With space constraint, food selections were limited. But we will still stay the same hotel again next time we are here. "
