"Very good and can upgrade room if available.. Very good hotel but old .."

"Convenient and clean!"

"Our favourite hotel stay to date, excellent staff especially Brian who checked us in and gave us many lovely recommendations. Rooms were beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Personally enjoyed this hotel more than Grand Hyatt KL which was also one of my favourite stays. Pool was small but lovely and clean with a view of the twin towers. Location was very good, around 14mins walk to KLCC with covered sidewalks most of the way. Would stay here again next time I am in KL!"

"Excellent service and outstanding customer service"

"Amazing location, clean and well outfitted rooms. Great bar."

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."
