"Great location, staff great. Had a maintenance issue and moved us immediately, no problem, very apologetic no bid deal"

"No microwave in basic room"

"Friendly staff Breakfast not to the standard you would expect from the Hotel brand. Rooms were aged but maintained well. Room could have been cleaned better, there was hair in the shower and diamonties on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. Advertised with mini bar, the fridge was empty, no complimentary milk or Tea/Coffee/Water. There was a coffee pod machine however. Rooms are advertised as sound proof, this is not the case. There is lots of road noise and external noises that carry...

"The rooms on the 12th floor were amazing and actually updated really well. We had a modern TV, big bed, it was quiet and the view was amazing. The staff was really helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. Restaurant staff very helpful, we had a nice dinner."

"Clean and in the middle of the city. Short walks too."

"Helpful and friendly staff, room was fine, beach towels came with the room and were able to be swapped, as were bath towels. Lack of plug sockets in useful places however. Had to charge phone in wardrobe. All in all, very good stay."

There was no juice , only a coffee which was warm. The eggs were terrible and only 1 piece of toast . There was no fruit offered. A beautiful setting but even though the restaurant was empty, the food took a long time and I noticed dirty tables left and tables were not wiped down. Reception service was...

"Clean and fair price for overnight stay. Staff very accommodating and super friendly.. the pool is unusable and is very pond like…"

"We had an incredible stay at Blue lagoon resort. This is my second time staying here. We received a free room upgrade which was really nice. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. We loved the blue lagoon and being able to relax in the pool and watch the view. The staff were helpful in preparing to check in and with parking and other property questions we had. For Cairns touristy information, I would recommend the information centres at attractions for more advice on things to do....

"Room was very tired, mattress hard, bath shower extremely slippery so great care had to be taken whilst showering. This was my third stay there ,but wont be staying at Mantra Trilogy again."

"Great Check-In, Needs a Refresh Check-in was excellent. The hotel communicated with us before arrival and accommodated our early check-in request. The reception staff member was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly, creating a great first impression. The pool and barbecue area were a highlight of our stay. Both were well maintained, cleaned daily, and fully functional, making them enjoyable areas to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, the loft apartment is showing signs of age...

"It's quite outdated"
