"The description of a chic 4 star hotel is definitely lost in translation. I was surprised to see how outdated the hotel floor’s interior was as well as the bathrooms. To be honest I chose NOT to use the shower and thank goodness I travel with no water needed full body bath wipes. The bathroom was old and needed several upgrades. Hotel trænger til opgradering af nærmest alt. Sjældent muligt at bruge elevator. Mange var i stykker. Ingen legeplads til børnene. Ingen fungerende fitness.
Kun 2 barer til at få drikkevarer på hele hotellet til omkring 10 etager/niveauer. Inklusiv begge pools og strandområde.
Buffet var OK, men meget lille udvalg, og nærmest samme hver eneste dag. Morgenmad var ok. Men 100% samme udvalg hver dag.
Man er afhængig af bus, da det er næsten umuligt at få taxi."

"Tolle Lage, direkt am Kanal d'amore. Das Zimmer mit Pool war riesig. Leider ohne fließendes Wasser. Anfangs tröpfelte nur etwas Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn, es stank aber. Dann kam weder am Waschbecken, noch aus Dusche oder WC Wasser. Auch an der Pooltoilette /-Dusche kam kein Wasser. Dann kam noch ein Sturm auf und auch der Strom und WLAN fielen aus. Wir waren zu zweit für 250 € nur eine Nacht im Hotel, konnten in der Zeit weder richtig auf Toilette, noch duschen oder Hände waschen. Am nächsten...
"Mai visto un albergo, soprattutto con queste stelle, dove al mattino non rifanno neanche il letto e puliscono ogni 2 giorni. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiamare un taxi e ci hanno dato il numero, ma non volevano telefonare al servizio per noi. Pulizia terribile ovunque."
