Excellent family holiday. Location is excellent, staff were excellent and very very helpful. We had a pool side room but there is easily enough beds around the complex. Gets the sun for 9hrs of the day before it sets behind. Wonderful sunrises. If you want extreme luxury and parties this not for you. If you want a family friendly quieter location this is perfect. Will definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel itself felt run down, with out room having a broken shower head and toilet roll holder. The receptionist seemed unhappy to help although the restaurant staff and managers were all lovely. The food was disappointing as we went during the end of season the hotel was not as full- therefore the batch cooking often meant left over for various days including meats and fish that would be served 3-4 days after cooking and the food often not fresh and over seasoned to compensate. The gym and spa was disappointing with all the cardio equipment not working - however the view and location was sensational and the beach although small was lovely to have

The beach was nice and clean water. Cleaning was just ok they should clean the bed twice a week which they didn't and the bathroom they just get in and they didn't even change the towels I had to ask them for the new one. Ones they didn't leave any toilet paper. Not impressed at all

I’m not sure I understood all the steps involved in this property. However the guest services lady Sophia went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and pleasurable as it could be. She was an absolute diamond.

Elevator service intermittent at best, elevators always broke down and out of service. Food was limited and poor quality. Alcohol options also limited and poor for “all-inclusive”. Very expensive and limited taxi service over $100 euro to get to town. The good about this place is staff are generally friendly and view amazing.

Overall a nice hotel, but a bit old.

Clean hotel with large rooms, interior a bit old though. Enormous outside pool. Friendly, English speaking staff. Excellent food for all meals! Beds were a bit too hard, unfortunately. Provided us with a crib for our baby without having to ask for it which was really nice.
