"They had enough English to help me, they even arranged a cab for me when I needed to leave. Very clean and comfortable. It was worth it to me to go out of the way to get there (it is not close to major transit hubs)."

"The only problem I had was at check-in because they new little English. The clerk could not find my reservation, but my friend who speaks Chinese got everything solved the next day. The breakfast was very good and everyone was friendly."
