The staff are so friendly, respectful and helpful. The restaurant’s are top class.The variety at the breakfast buffet is second to none. I would highly recommend The Westin for a stay in Seoul and would definitely return."

"Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was beyond great, and very kind. The King room looked just like the pictures. My only complaint is the specific room I was in felt like that room hadn’t been used in a while. It smelled a bit stuffy or old. The bathroom sink also had a little mold and some kind of tiny white bugs coming out of the back part. With it being a luxury property, I was a little surprised by this, but every property has its moments. Hopefully next time I visit the room accommodation...

"明洞の中心にありながら、ホテル入口までタクシーで行けますし、江南へのバス停も近く本当に便利です。 スタッフの方達が日本語で応対してくださるので、言葉に不安があっても安心して宿泊できるホテルです。 今回出発前にアクシデントがあったのですが、親身になって対応してくださいました。感謝しています。これからもこちらのホテルを利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。"

"2泊泊まりました。 Wi-Fiも問題なくすぐ繋がり電波もよかったです。スタッフは日本語が通じる方が多かった様に思います。遊んで寝るだけだったので料金､立地等大満足です。"
