"Really handy location so can walk to airport, however kept waking up to a strong jet fuel smell coming through the air con vents. Didn’t notice it on other stays though. Room was nice although toilet was loose and the flush mechanism kept getting stuck. But otherwise a great hotel! Restaurant meals are really good too."

"A night stay at this hotel as this is one of the closest hotels to Melbourne airport as we have a flight to catch in the early morning. Managed to get some decent food at the restaurant, sufficient rest and had a short airport transfer managed by the hotel. Good experience!"

"the staff were lovely and welcoming! located right in front of a tram stop, and it's in the free tram zone. easy access to the CBD. only issue is that once one of the beds were moved, we noticed nothing had been vaccumed underneath it. you also can't take a lift from ground floor to your room floor, you must go up a flight of stairs and THEN take a lift. this wasn't a problem for me, but if someone is in a wheelchair and/or movement impaired, it becomes inaccessible. other than this, a pleasant...

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Big rooms is a plus, would’ve been good to open a window especially when showering, room does steam up. We didn’t have much of a view just car park and commercial businesses. Would recommend, keep in mind it’s not close to airport about 5kms away. Transfer was easy and easy to understand instructions."
