"The hotel overall was fine. The grounds are beautiful and the food was good. However, staff seemed distracted, dinner took an excessively long time, and it was hard to get help from the front desk (no one answering phones). They have LIMITED bikes so if you aren’t one of the first 4 people to get one, you’re out of luck. And as many have noted, the AC is extremely loud. Again the hotel is fine, but for the price and distance from downtown, they either need lower prices or ramp up the customer...

"All the staff were so kind, helpful, and overall welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We were by a window over the trash area, and close to the fire station so there were some louder moments when we weren’t expecting them but overall great stay."

"Location. The Hotel is so beautiful, chic and close to everything. Very friendly staff."

"The beds were super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The jetted bathtub in the room was very relaxing and filled up fast. We had cocktails next door at Victor which has a posh speak easy feel. Breakfast was great, free on site parking, small and quaint property. Only stayed one night; next time will stay longer."

"Ein tolles Hotel, sehr sauber und hell. Tip-Top gepflegt. Das Personal ist auch extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Leckeres, kleines Frühstück mit frischem Obst"

"Cheap disgusting coffee in room"

"It’s fine. It’s not in a great area and it has an ant problem. I had to move rooms a lot but the A/C is really great and the air feels clean"

"Great stay. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a walkable location. Dedicated parking made it easy. Clean and well done. Would book again."
